Appointments for In-Person Services
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all beauty or wellness service appointments. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your session.
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- Deposits are non-transferable in cases of late cancellations or no-shows.
- A valid credit card is required to hold appointments.
- No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the same fee.
Digital Products & Coaching Services
- Due to the nature of digital products and coaching services, all sales are final.
- No refunds or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is made.
