Hey there friend. Hope you’re having a wonderful day today. We’re going to get into and talk a little bit about journaling. Some always hot and about journaling because I absolutely love it. I think once I added it into my. Right. I think it benefits me so much. So I feel like everybody should just like journal.

It should just be a part of your routine somewhere, whether it’s in the morning and the evening or wherever you find it benefits you to do it. But I just feel like it’s one of the greatest tools to have in your little kit. All right. It has so many amazing benefits, you know, especially if you deal with overwhelm, you have a tendency to have your plate filled up.

You know, I mean, it’s very easy sometimes to just have so much stuff going on. And at the end of the day, we’re all gonna feel stressed here and there where maybe you might feel anxious, just all the things. So journaling is tied to so much, and it’s especially good for mental health, for real, and even your physical health, just like all the things.

There’s a magic that happens when you take pen to paper. Right? Isn’t that just one of the most amazing things we just start writing and just let it all out. That’s just like why our books are so magical. When somebody is writing and they just sit in there and it’s like, they say, writing is another form of therapy because you get so much as internalized inside of you onto paper and it just flows.

Right. I just love a good book. So writing helps you express yourself. So if you are having a rough day, it’s just good to start journaling. It’ll help you manage your anxiety, your stress. It’ll give you a way to cope if you’re feeling depressed or even if you’re just happy and you just do want to write about it and get it out.

I mean, it says one of the healthier ways for us to cope with our life, right? When you think about. It can help you pinpoint what is going on. Like if something’s triggering you, it can help you identify what’s causing it. Like if you just sit down and write down. Each moment that you went through throughout the day, it can help you be like, oh, that’s it right there.

And then you can try to notice a pattern, right? You might not even notice in the beginning. And as you keep writing and writing, you can go back and read over something if you choose. And that will help you understand yourself better. Right? Because sometimes we don’t realize what’s happening because we’re on such autopilot that we’re just going about our day in our little routine.

That is just, doesn’t even phase us what has happening around us and then to sit there and just write about it and write it out. And in sometimes something might come up when you’re writing it. You didn’t even realize it. And that might be key. That thing that you just wrote right there, it’d be like, oh, that’s it.

That’s it. Then you will become more aware. Even if you journaling the food that you write. Not counting your calories, just writing down what you’re eating throughout the day. Like say you are on a new lifestyle plan for your food intake, and then you notice that you kind of plateaued somewhere or something’s just not right.

If you write down every single thing that you put in your. You might notice something somewhere you might notice. Oh, I didn’t notice that I’m snacking more than I thought I did. Maybe you thought you had like one snack, but then you find out that you’re grazing while you’re cooking. Do you graze while you cook?

I know it’s a habit. Right? And so you notice that you’re doing that, but to see the thing is you got to write it all down, or maybe you notice that you’re cooking with like coconut oil, right. And then there’s a possibility of raising your risk of developing heart disease or suffering from a stroke. And it can be really easy to overdo it, but if you don’t know, then you don’t know.

Right. And so it’s good to write all the things down, and this is what you’re doing, right. If you’re on a wellness journey and then honestly, there’s so many amazing dishes that you can make, we don’t need to use oil. Right. You just might use oil at a habit because maybe you grew up cooking with the oils.

So just. I love to use some vegetable stock. And what does that do at layers of flavor? I’m all about all the flavor, all the spices and the herbs, all the things, you know. And so just doing that. And so when you, when you were writing everything down, you now more aware of that as well. So journaling can benefit you in multiple ways, right?

You’re just more aware of everything that’s happening in your life and around you, your mental wellbeing, right? It can help you heal right. By getting those emotions that are trapped into. Out. Okay. It’s like a game changer for real. This is what I believe. It’s such a game changer and anybody that I’ve talked to, people that I’ve worked with that start journaling, they feel so much better.

Right. And so just getting a routine going, right. So in the morning, You could decide that you want to journal in the morning, maybe before breakfast, you just want to get up, try to get up early before your kids. If you can do that, set your set, a little alarm clock earlier, go grab your coffee, go get your journal out, you know, and just, just get to writing.

Just allow yourself that peace. You can do a prayer, do some breathwork if you want. And there’s so many different kinds of breath work, you could do belly breathing, which is really good. That could help get you centered. Just so many ways that you can incorporate all these things together to benefit you and just the most amazing way.

So you could start by buying some cute little journals. I love to buy journals planners, all the things, and this will have some, most of them are just different shades of pink. It doesn’t have to be useless. You do whatever you like at his love pink, or you could even journal on your computer, right care, yellow MacBook, or your PC with you flip it open, or like, you know, even like notes app, Otter speaking to that as well.

There’s so many different vehicles for you to use, right? Just find which one works for you. If you don’t like writing because you’re scared somebody is going to read it. Use an app on your phone right now, when you start writing. Have an open mind. Okay. Make sure you go into it without judging yourself.

Right. That little inner critic. Just tell it to go somewhere, you know, ask God to help you. Right. You can ask God to right through you, right? Say that in your own words, whatever feels authentic and speak from your heart. You can say something along the lines of God. Keep me always aware that the spirit of divorce is my greatest resource, my greatest rating too.

And my guy, and then just be open and let it flow. Remembering to have self-compassion with yourself and letting go. Right? And then you can try to start with a certain amount of time that you’re going to journal, write something that’s realistic to you. So if you’re not used to journaling, don’t tell yourself you’re going to do it for like 30 minutes or an hour.

Say, cause you might be a little taken aback by that. So it’d be like, I’m going to do it for 15 minutes. He can put some music on, you can say your prayers, do some deep breathing and just get ready, but say whatever that is, that’s going to be doable for you. Right? And then once you get into the flow, you might keep going, right?

Cause you might be on a roll and you might not, but whatever happens do not judge yourself in the process. As you get more used to it, you’ll get better. Right? Just like if you’re doing a workout routine, like say you’re new to the gym or even working outside, whatever you choose right in the beginning.

You might go for 15 minutes, then you might go to 30 minutes and then you might just keep going, right. Just keep going. And then you just get stronger and just so much stronger. And then you just feel it right. You can just feel your body just developing the strength in this muscle memory. And then you start getting so motivated and just like, wow, I’m really doing it.

Just believing in yourself and getting it done and just going out there a day to day. It’s a bit of all the things in our life, right? Because I believe the way you do one thing, the way you do other things, right. Just remember to apply it to all areas of your life. Right. And when you start winning over here, then you start winning over here and just, and it starts manifesting everywhere.

Right. You just got to leave and just got to do it. Just got to do it. Right. And so this journaling is going to be a great piece for you to have into your life. Right. I firmly believe this. So figuring out when you’re going to write, they can write in the morning, could write an evening. The morning’s great.

Right? Cause you can just start your day, any fresh thoughts, figure out how you’re going to start your day. Then sometimes the evening is absolutely beneficial because then if you had a hectic day, you just get it all out before you go to bed, right. Do a meditation, do your journaling and you just go to bed with a fresh, clean slate.

And you were reading, do both right. Pick one or do bolt, right? If you’re just starting out, you might want to start with one of them. How do shoes, weather start? That all depends on you. That depends on your lifestyle, your routine that you have now and how you want to develop your new routine. Right? If you know that you have the extra space in the morning, then that will be a better option for you say you’re capable of getting up in the morning before your children get up, give yourself that time with your coffee, right?

But say our mornings are more hectic and you’re running around. Then make space in the evening, right? When everybody’s sleep, give your time that time to mellow out, edit into your wind down hour. Right. And just do it that way, but there’s no right away. There’s no XYZ. It’s just wonderful to have and just knowing what works best for you.

Right. Don’t force it into an area where it’s going to complicate things. We want this to be easy and breezy. Right. And so just finding that space for you. All right. So I hope that helped you. In addition to changing your mindset and behaviors, remove any obstacles or limiting beliefs which may cloud your vision, including fear and negative self-talk. Replace negative with positive. ⁣

Be mindful of the energy you are putting out.⁣

Hello there friends. Hope you are having a great start to the new year. Happy new year. It is 2022, and I am a grateful and excited to be here with you. So to kick this off, we’re going to talk a little bit about manifestation that hot topic, because we all would love to just tap in more in trying to figure out how to get our desires and things that we believe will just take us to that next level in our life, whatever that is for.

Whether that is your health. You know, you want to improve your health so you can live longer or you want to lose weight, or even outside of that, you know, maybe it’s a goal for your career. You’re trying to Excel me trying to expand your company. Whatever it is, manifestation is a part of. I may. So you might have a thought of something you want to do, like see, you want to lower your blood pressure.

So you have to know exactly what it is. Cause sometimes we’re just like, we don’t exactly know what it is that we want there, just this desire there, but we can’t really formulate it or articulate it to ourselves. So that’s the. Step, right. Being able to know what you want, what are your dreams? What are your hopes?

What is it that you truly, truly desire, right? And that you desire, not that somebody else wants for you because sometimes people can try to have your best interests at heart, but it’s not truly what you want. And so you’re not fully in it. You know, you’re like not committed in that way because it’s not what you.

Or sometimes it is what you want, but you’re scared. That’s a whole nother thing, too. Just being able to leave that fear alone. Right. And fear is powerful. I mean, it could be anything, it could be the simplest thing with something happening to you when you were younger, that you never let go and you like held onto it.

Maybe you felt embarrassed about something or something just really hurt you. Or it could just be something that somebody said that you carried with you. And so it’s holding you back. So knowing wherever that is, that you truly desire and that you. You know, just being like whatever you want for your highest good.

And if you need some clarification with that, start taking action, talk to God about it. Pray, meditate, do a visualization, whatever that is. If you think you want just start there, right. And asking, be like, I need some help, whatever, whatever this is that I need for my highest. Good. Please deliver that to me and help me realize what it is that I need to do for that.

Like right now, it’s a good time for vision boards. So if you made a vision board over the last couple of weeks, having that handy, you know, all of these things so that you can put it out there and believing that you’re going to receive it, right. Just believing in it, knowing that you are good enough to receive it sometimes deep down, we don’t think we’re good enough for stuff, right.

Knowing that you are good enough and that you do deserve whatever it is that you want. Right. And if you don’t know if. Good for you be like, is this of the highest good for me and health and in love, right? Because you don’t want something. That’s not good for you at the same time. So if it’s something that’s going to harm you, then let that be.

Sometimes we are not receiving something cause it’s not good for us. And God is trying to save us and keep us safe. Right. You ever like want something? And then you didn’t get it. And then you realize later it’d be like, that’s why that did not happen. And then you realize that later, but sometimes that’s hard to see when you want it in that moment.

Sometimes you’re like, I really, really want this. I know I’ve been there. I think we all have been there at some point. There’s been times when I’ve wanted something and I really wanted it and then I didn’t get it. And then I realized like, oh, okay, thank you. Because it would have been a hot mess if I would have gotten it.

All right. So just being able to trust. And if you are having a hard time with that, just ask right. Asking and being open to receive the answer that you’re going to get. Sometimes we don’t want the answer cause it’s not what we want to hear. And also if you’re asking for a sign, not getting a sign, it’s also a sign as well.

Uh, right. So if you’re being like, God, please give me a sign. And this is what I’m supposed to have. And you save whatever this is that your sign is. If you did not get it, that is your answer as well. Right. So just being very specific about what that is and asking if you don’t know, and then in the reverse, there has been times when you’ve wanted something and you went hard for it and you got it.

And there might’ve been some certain, you know, intuition, some little red flags or just different things that have happened that might’ve been like, I probably shouldn’t get this, but you were so determined even though you kind of knew it wasn’t for you and then you got it. And then it wasn’t good. So that’s also a thing.

So just be open to whatever it is that’s for you. Okay. And having faith, right. Having faith and trusting that you will get that. So that, so that believing in that faith going hand in hand, but you still have to take action. So you have, have faith and you got to take ass. Shoot. I work for you. Notice what they say.

So you got to put in the work to go get it, because it’s not enough to believe you’re going to get it and ask for it, but you just sit there. Okay. So if you want to lower your blood pressure and you asking God for what to do, and he tells you to stop eating this and to go walk and to start watching Netflix, I mean, Ella, Netflix, we all have a little Netflix in our life, but, you know, prioritize what’s important.

But you just sit in there, you’re not doing anything nothing’s going to change. So if you keep eating the same way you’re eating and you’re not doing the things you need to do, this is the reality of it. I mean, if you don’t do anything, nothing’s going to change. Right. Have you ever heard that expression growth?

It does not happen in comfort zones. I mean, that’s forever. That does not mean it’s going to be easy, but you have to put your foot forward and start taking action in order for things to change and manifest in your life. Because if you keep doing the same thing, nothing’s going to change and yeah, it might not be easy, but just take the first step and then the next one will be revealed and then the next one will be revealed.

So it’s all part of it. Cause somebody may be like, well, that manifestation and I have faith in it didn’t work, but the only way. Then manifestation is going to come to basis is if you do the work, okay, you got to do the thing in order for it to happen, all the things, but you know, you need to get started.

All right. And don’t stop. And it was, if you backtrack get back up, you know, get back up, right? Like, let’s just say that you have started improving your eating. You start to incorporate more plants on your plate. Been walking, been meditating and doing all the things and you feel amazing. And you did it for like four weeks and you notice all these changes.

I am doing so good. And let’s say you’ve been doing it for two months, however long it is, but then you stop and you go back to your old habits. What do you think is going to happen? You’re going to reverse back to the way you was before. So if you’ve been improving for four weeks, eight weeks, all you know, and you’ve been doing amazing and you like, I don’t even think I need these meds anymore, man.

I am on it. And you get so comfortable you’re back in your comfort zone and then you go back to the habits you have before you’re going to regress backwards. Okay. So just keep going. So taking action, we’ll be improving your lifestyle if this is about your health. Right? So we’re talking about long or blood pressure right now.

So figuring out the things that you need to do to take action, right? And you can always get help. Do you need a health coach? Do you have a buddy that you talk to right. Figuring out what that is? You don’t have to do it alone. Right? Sometimes we feel like we gotta do things by ourself and you don’t, you do not have to do that.

Right. Get the help that you need, but just get going. Because the discipline and the time is going to be needed. And sometimes, you know, it can be a little hard, cause sometimes we can get sidetracked. We like, you know, I feel like doing this right now and I don’t feel like lifting these weights. You know, I just don’t feel like doing that, but you know, that discipline and giving the adequate time, meaning is going to benefit you in the end.

All right. So just do whatever you need to do, but get going. Right. All right. So pretty much faith and actions were together. Always because it is a collaboration because you are co-creating between you and the universe where you and God are you in spirit. Right. However you like to say that to you. A lot of times I just talked directly about God, because I believe in God.

Right. But sometimes if you’re a couple saying that we’re a universe, what your how’re power, what do you believe in. What would my future self be thinking? Right? How would you, how, what would you say to yourself? Right. If you envision yourself in this person that you want to be, see yourself as her Lexis put all the things in place.

If you need to sit down to a visualization meditation, you do that, and you sit there and you see yourself as this new person. And how does she think, right? How does she need to show up and how is she thinking? So you can reframe your mind and think about. Because you are her now that future self that you see yourself up, see yourself as show up as her.

Okay. Own it. Be her now because she is in there and she wants to come out and she’s on her way. Cause you know what? It is 2022 and we ready. Let’s go. We are ready and then write it all down in a moment. Somebody Ryan dings down issues. One more step to being real. We know, get your journals out. And you can journal in the morning in the evening, whatever you feel is the best for you, or try both.

If you able to give yourself that hour you needed in the morning, do some extra journaling there, you know, uh, write down all the things that continue on helping you with that manifestation. Just putting it out there, reinforcing it once again. And the, you also can do that before you go to bed. Both ways is excellent.

Right? And then while you are also journaling about these also, right? What we’re grateful for. Super important. Always knowing that you have gratitude and you are grateful for you are right now. Cause it look at the end of the day, there is somebody out there that wants to be where you are today. You might not even see it or know it, but what have you accomplished?

Somebody else wants to be. Even if you feel like your health, isn’t the best. Maybe you feel like you want to lose 40 pounds where there’s some out there that wants to lose a hundred pounds. Okay. And so they will like to be where you are. Maybe they are sedentary and they can’t walk at all. So be appreciative that you can put your shoes on and walk a half a block.

If that’s what you could do. If you can only lift five pounds of weight, be grateful. Cause there’s somebody that can’t do that. Cause it’s hard for them. There’s some people on bed rest. There’s always another situation. So I’m not saying where you are. Don’t think about it in any kind of way, but always remember where you are because sometimes we ask for stuff, right.

And then we get it and then we forget that we will somewhere else. You ever do that? But when you are grateful for something, when you are, when you have what you have, it puts you in a state of joy, puts you in a state, you know, you feel happier. And then when you are in a state of joy, that brings more of what you want to you.

Right. Because if you’re happy, it’s like, okay, something’s going. Right. All right. So let me keep giving her what it is that she has going on. Because it’s putting out that good energy, right? You don’t want to try to put out negative energy because the negative might come back to you. Right? It’s like the misery loves company kind of thing.

And it’s the same thing with energy. So you want to try to send out good vibes and being grateful, definitely contributes to that. And this can help you with removing limiting beliefs that might be holding you back, right. That letting go of fear and the need to control. Right. That can get in the way. So when we’re working on a mindset and behaviors, trying to remove any obstacles, right.

Cause it can cloud your vision, you know, cause those negative self-talk will cup keep, start coming up. So then that goes back to how is your future self thinking? Right? She’s in a positive mindset because she’s happy where she is right now. So put that hat on. I think as her and try to remove the negativity that might sometimes just kind of creeps in.

Sometimes you notice that fear is like, who am I to do this? You know what? You, you got to go in on that’s who you are to do this and believe that own it. Okay. Just get it done. Just be like, I am ready. Let’s go. Cause we want to try to not feel anxious. Right. Cause then they can kind of confuse what’s going on.

And then that can kind of send off the message that you don’t really believe. I mean, it can, can seem kind of hard doing this stuff. Right. But you just relax. If you need to take a moment, go for a walk. Do you need to meditate too? And that, that might help. Feelings and just anything that’s built up. Okay.

Look SIS. This morning, I was meditating and I was sitting there and, you know, I was trying to concentrate on my breathing and just all these things, just trying to relax, but my mind was just racing. And then as I was just sitting there and it’s like, I was processing thoughts going on and I just, and I just had like a release.

I just started crying during my meditation and I needed that and that’s okay. And I let it happen. Right. And, you know, I just sat there and I just try to process whatever was going on inside of me. And I just needed to do that. And you know, it helped. So if you need to do that, do that. Okay. Give yourself that space.

Your body knows what you need at any given time. Why? So we don’t want to try to block that. Okay. Right. So just be mindful of the energy that you’re putting out there into the unit. Because they will give you what it is that you want, whether it’s positive or negative. And we want the good stuff. All right.

We want all the good stuff we want. What is it? The highest good for us? That’s what we are here for. And this is how we’re going to start this year off. We’re going to start off on a good note and we are ready. Cause you ever noticed when you are feeling good, how it’s just like a trickle effect of other good things.

Just start happening. Okay. So that’s good, right? It’s like, um, sometimes you’re just having a wonderful day. So you just be like, man, I had the best text. It was one thing after another, after another, that just keeps happening. So if you are, start your day off with a good meditation, then you go hit the gym, do some weights, doing all the things.

You’re feeling strong, you’re feeling powerful because, um, weights and strength is sexy. Okay. Do not get it twisted. That definitely. As good. Right. Then you went and then that, that made you take another good step. Cause you’re feeling good about yourself. Then you make a healthy lunch, right. And then you had a good breakfast too.

And then you’re doing all these things and you have, and you still had, and you have your day blocked off and, and you’re just on a roll. And then you just started developing these wonderful habits. Right. And then you’re like, man, it’s all happening. All these things are happening is because you are doing all the things, right.

You’re knowing what you do. You’re believing or trusting. You’re writing it down. You’re giving it to God. Right? You’re concentrating on your visual advising. You feel joy and happiness, your mindset’s in the right place. And you doing all the things right now. Take one day at a time, but know where you’re going with it.

If you just need to start with asking, right. For like asking for direction, then that’s where you start, right? No one would know where you are. No, where you need. And that’s okay. Cause different for everybody. And if you backtrack, you know what it is get back up. Okay. But the easiest way to manifest anything is to be clear about what you want.

Don’t give the universe mixed signals, taking action and working towards your goals. Right. And you should also remain receptive to. All right, guys. That is how we’re starting out. 2022. Imagine if you can wake up energized and not feel hungry or deprived from being on a restricted fad diet, that’s unsustainable.
